Questions about licensing
How much does a Gigantics license cost?
It depends on the number of sources you connect, the type of each engine and the onboarding services you need. We send you a written proposal after a 30-minute technical conversation.
Does the amount increase if I process more records?
No. The license depends on the connected sources and their type, not on the data volume. You can provision your environments as many times as you need without the amount changing.
Is billing monthly?
No. Gigantics is licensed annually.
Can I swap one connector for another under the same license?
Yes. The replaced connector loses access to the functionality and keeps only the schema of the source. If you later disconnect it completely, the transformations configured for it are removed.
Do you offer training or consulting?
Yes, optionally: training, consulting per day and day bundles. If you need them, they are included in the proposal.
What happens if my database is not on the connectors list?
Write to us with the engine and version. Architectures with mixed sources or unlisted engines are assessed in each proposal.
